  • Location : Out of four islands of Japan (Honshu, Hutgayido, Sikokyu, Kyushu), it is on the northeast side of the Honshu islands located in the Toyama
  • Size : 309 km2 (13 times of Gangbuk-gu)
  • Population : 30,000 people
  • Administrative Organization
    • Yi : Administration Fire protection, Education and General Manager
    • Jeong : Director, Assistant director, 13 divisions, and 1 headquarter
    • Jeong Council : 18 members including the Chairman, and 3 committees
  • Symbol flower and tree: Chrysanthemum and Tateyama Cedar

    • 3,015m above sea level, Mt. Tateyama, the northern Alps of Japan is here. Worldly renown mountain and tour city in the eastern of Toyama-hyeon
    • Cable cars, highland bus, trolley bus, cable car, and six kinds of public transportation over alternating Mt. Tateyama, and Tateyama Alpenruteuwa, roofless canyon Kurobe Alpine Route runs as EMU has a variety of tourist attractions
