Mr. Yi Si-yeong and his five brothers sold all their properties to establish Shin-heung Military School in Seogando after the Korean Empire fell. He was an independence activist, who founded Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea. He was the Vice President of that government, and this place is one with a great historic and educational value where people can pay their tribute to his patriotic spirit.
