Mr. Shin Ik-Hui was an independence activist, who founded the Provisional Constitutions in the establishment of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea and served as the first representative and Vice Minister. After the liberation, he was a politician who ran for the national assembly speaker and president in the Korean government, and this place is one with a great historic and educational value where people can pay their tribute to his patriotic spirit.
